also convenient is the timing of the short attack and the ten minute response to it. Who was running real estate? Who is head of this business? Where was the newspapers discussion of them? Why were they never on the board? or was it both CEO's pet projects(with one working for Oaktree funds and one giving a ten minute response to the short seller? perhaps it's something to do with real estate being the main cause of the problems, I assume the student accomodation 10 000 beds scheme wasn't exactly good for shareholders, perhaps it was good for someone else.
