Why did they sell so much of it for so cheap to brookfield (who is also heavily involved in some of the new york devs). Why does he state that integrity conflicts with profit maximisation (check his youtube video)? Why would anyone trust someone who says this and why would he be dumb enough to say this? If he is so good then why can't he start his own company and grow it into a 500B$ company without continuously having to start funds. Google and other companies do this without having to continuously capital raise/manage funds once the business is scaled.
