Good reply @pikel1980, sadly - this horse has run it race... and come last place.
The executives did many things poorly - but shareholders chance of recovery are zero... otherwise class actions would have been in full swing - rather than their current position of seeing who is interested in giving them money to pursue an unlikely victory.
This business will not go into administration - there is no coming back here... it will remain in receivership until Korda Mentha deem that no further recovery of assets can be made (to cover their bill) and pay off any creditors in order of ranking - and then that will be it.
Sadly - we are in a waiting game to until we can claim the tax loss
