Class actions need the reports which are likely to be delayed an additional 6 months on top of the previous 6 months delay. So we know who to sue and actually how much money was repaid if any to calculate losses. However I would not be surprised if the oaktree fund is wound up by then. Is it worth calling the Singaporean government to call for a freeze on funds distribution due to an anticipated dispute?
