Start of my opinion: The lack of shareholder lawsuits would cause the chance of recovery to be 0. There have already been court cases against those involved. One that is happening is that one of the employee's says he was fired after asking to engage in fraud by placing falsely high values on investment/s. Its in the newspaper, laughably elaine stead is trying to sue as well. :End of my opinion.
