    I have sent a question to piper alderman regarding progress to litigation.
    They inform me that they have requested to view the books and records.
    Blue sky was not prepared to cooperate without court action.
    So an application has been filed with the Queensland supreme court.
    Hopefully will be heard before the end of year.
