Jack AJA; with all respect unless you are a lawyer, I would leave this matter to those who can litigate this matter. Previously 3 companies were listed as starting litigation. Piper Aderman Brisbane office has achieved funding and applied to supreme court of Queensland If you visited their web site / Class actions. Raise the question of the Poisioned loan from Oaktree with them. They will give you a straight answer, which would be legally correct.
I think I have been deceived and will patiently go all the way with this. Others have said the shares have been removed from their portfolios and will leave it at that. To loose capital is bad but morally these directors / Oaktree had a moral obligation to shareholders and we have been ripped off. They must be persued and prosecuted by the Law.
