You sound like you know a lot about this sort of stuff. I do hope you are right... And you may well be as I thought that the 20 m barrels was based on the 500 metre step out and not the whole structure as per the 2d seismic.
So to pull everything together in the recent threads..... Here is a possible scenario
Eric sold the 5 million shares to raise enough money to exercise his options before 31 December. If this is the early trade (and if so we will find out pretty soon with a directors share trading announcement) then the sale was just a necessary part of Eric having the cash to exercise his options and is therefore insignificant... Other than someone was prepared to purchase that volume of shares....
I think we are in for an exciting 12 months
