I have often said that retail investors rarely if ever get to share in much of the blue sky potential of finds like Senegal.
WPL is up again today on a heavy down day for energy stocks.
I have seen the WPL price target raised to $42 a share.
That equates to an extra $11.5 billion on their MC.
Is that our blue sky they have stolen?
It is hard to win even when you do find the black gold.
