So what I don't understand is when you draw up these complex agreements you have contracts that need signatures.
How can you not openly disclose a sale and not have a signature saying that Cne and far formally forego their preemption rights???
Surely the paperwork must require signatures saying they have been informed and agree to this.
I get stupid paperwork everyday for crap requiring a signature. Yet these guys are dealing with billion dollar oilfields. And what - trying to get it through on the side???
Logic would tell me far hold all the cards here. Shame we don't have some serious legal firepower as shareholders!!
