Mcap is Mcap - it is not EV. What can you not understand? Cant you add on the debt yourself?

And one more word about tenements changing ownership, this is very common in mining and it means nothing. Many companies are always on the lookout for new project or extensions, and will rountinely pick up a tenement if the price seems cheap. IT then sits on their asset list until they eventually get around to it, but often their plans and projects startegies change, and then they simply onsell it, having done some, or perhaps no work on it.

Look at Penny West for eg, one of the best deposits around. IT changed hands a few times until Bellevue decided to get serious about it.
