The 300sqm sign cost about $A1.2 mill, that is close to $A4000 sq m.

That may or may not incluse the computer etc gear, but it is part thereof and IMHO does. I am not sure what arrangements are re control space, but I assume that will be part of any total lease. And they already have a large sign down below?

I would say that the Lease could be $1US mill per screen. (It has been mentioned a couple of times). Hoever, that is not an "extra" but is a separate item.

So you are left with the crating, transporting and erecting. It is possible that they may use the exisiting framework, that I don't know.

But your $7200/sq m for extras is a bit rich, I think. Because that would be another $A2.2 mill.
