What bluebear is saying is that his ABN contact was told something very market sensitive that no-one else was told. Well, I can only comment on what my ears heard and NOTHING was mentioned in relation to what bluebear is saying.
IF bluebear is correct and the only way he would be is if his ABN connection had a PRIVATE briefing via tele-conference from BBI after the general tele-conference, then he had better be careful because if BBI go into administration at the banks' request between now and January, ASIC might want to know "WHY" he sold when he did. If he sold because he was told private, confidential information that the bankers were going to move in on BBI, then that is an insider charge and a padded cell awaits bluebear down the track.
