    These vials, tube and bags are VERY rarely (actually should never be) re-used purely for contamination purposes as they have generally had someones live sample/biospecimen in them. Maybe for pure research purposes some labs re-use them after sterilising which again we can survive.

    It should be noted that they can be stored for anywhere from a few days, weeks through to many years. For example, umbilical cord blood is stored for up to 18 years where parents can pay many thousands of dollars to have it stored in a controlled environment. IVF samples can be stored for a long period of time. Stem cells and compounds can be stored for a long time as well.

    Assuming we raise the money needed, which we are confident in doing, we are confident that it will be by the end of 2011 that we, together with our manufacturing partner in STMicroelectronics, will be able to produce in high volumes the commercial chips that can then be supplied to the market place and integrated into tubes and vials. Thus, it is likely the first commercial sales will be by the end of 2011, maybe early 2012.
