    PS: What I mean by 'no true monthly figures' is demonstrated here:

    Between the post on 18Oct and the next post on 6Nov there were eight units installed. There is no way to determine in which month (Oct or Nov) those eight units were installed. So I used the daily average instead.


    Hopefully CFU can greatly lift these rates in 2014; by an order of magnitude, or two would be nice.
