That price indicator also tells me something else. The price of the units is not going to come down in the next two years... $45k for a 2 year contract? I didn't actually realise it was a 'lease' type asset? $24k negotiable the year after?
Even in mass production hopefully there will be just one set price with a servicing contract, not a 'yearly' fee like they are currently doing! I just thought it was a fixed price of $45,000. But it looks like the state government will pay alot more over the long term.
