my point, one is used to success and the other comes from a losing culture...
if i was a player i know who i would wanna play under...
i use the swans recent success as an example, the players worshipped paul roos, loved him...
respect is everything in team sport... i doubt any player from essendon had any respect for matthew knights... the end result of how they dumped him backs that up..
james hird will be an amazing coach over the next 10 years
