well generally the market views legal proceedings are a big minus no matter what the actual substance is.

Besides if I was not already an investor I don't think I would be taking a risk on winning the legal fight, not when I could wait to see how things play out a bit more.

Also as always the market isn't aways fully rational lol. Sentiment / momentum is against us and that counts for a lot. Also the traders wouldn't be touching this with a bargepole until the chart looks a bit better and that doesn't help exposure / volumes / the self fulfilling momentum prophecy
