The gaul of these people is pretty amazing really, it is as if real world rules just don't apply. Although the amount of the settlement was interesting, of more interest to me was the fact that it was still just a 'drop in the bucket' compared to what GA made by breaching the contract. This is the bit that concerns me as whatever the penalty from the stoush with Alliance is, I really can't see it being anywhere near enough to make them play by the rules in the future. IMHO the only way forward that will give us any likelihood of realizing full value is if Heathgate & Co either fully or partially buy us out.
