(Garrett, Ferguson and co.) are aware of what's happening and gives more emphasis to my arguement that the JV be dissolved and returned fully to AGS, AGS being the original (and still) tennament leasee's, its AGS's ground and Quasar were invited in to share the spoils in good faith, not the other way around, Quasar have broken that faith instilled in them and need to go. We shouldn't be rolling over and expecting Q to buy us out, Q should be kicked out and re-imbursed their $50M drilling costs. I'm pissed that this sort of crap can happen in modern day Australia and this foreign bully boy with past court proceedings against him is allowed to continue to do and get away with this sort of thing
