I think the author needs to say how BSL is "cheap" rather than just saying it is. Why is it cheap? Maybe it isn't "cheap". There is probably nothing cheap on the market or everyone would buy it until it is no longer cheap. Having said tat, BSL will probably go up in share price to get the rights issue through. Magic can happen. :)
