Most contract workers already have jobs to go to and as a rule flip flop between companys, depending on where there mates are, pay rates, how interesting the work is, etc
There was a heap of Macmahon boys in the pub i was at the other week, seems there not doing it that tough going by the amount of beer that was being consumed....
