I have no problem with anything you have said, all opinions welcome, except to say that this Regent takeover was instigated by Regent and they failed to consult CM PRIOR to making the bid.
That action alone could have averted this whole matter or at least given the parties a chance to get along a little better.
To suggest that CM were subsequently under some obligation to deal in good faith in the absence of all the facts whilst being cajoled mid bid by the aggressor I think is a bit rich.
Today's statement may fill in some blanks?
