    Would rather they weren't in for it. Minimise dilution and pocket the 2.5 million - but how the hell do you enforce getting that from them? Its a bit like making an appointment at a busy medical practice, missing your appointment then being asked to pay a fine for doing so - most would just say up yours and go somewhere else..
