At the end of the day we probably wont get the blumont money or perhaps we may only get part of it. Time will tell. At this stage i doubt any koney has been spent on collecting but we will see how it plays out
As far as i know the SA govt money was not conditional on blumont so nothing to worry anout there
Pj raised the blumont money because it was available at the time, no other reason
