I despair what is happening and will get far worse in hospitals.
Hospitals are full of sick people of all varieties.
Now the face the prospect of hospitals overflowing with patients with contagious disease. Hospitals usually have seperate places for patients with contagious disease but the numbers are going to be so high they will not be able to keep them seperate from the patients with non contagious illnesses. The latter will become so much more vulnerable because of the issues that required hospital admittance in the first place. If they also contract covid within the hospital from Covid patients or Covid infected staff their outcomes could become more serious than otherwise would be the case.
A lot of Australians are going to die in the coming weeks and months.
All because they wanted to allow some people to have international holidays and unrestricted travel across State borders. Unbelievable!
