To quote the greatest investor, W.Buffett "You dine out on other's fears". This stock has fallen from a M.A of $2.10 to $1.25 on a statement saying they will ONLY increase profits by $1.5 mln to about $27 mln. The only reason for this way overdone collapse in SP is purely because it was on a P/E of 22, now it's at a reasonable P/E of 15.
I just love the posts on here slagging the company. Is that because it has no Lithium/gold or rare earth!?
This stock will hit my initial target of $1.60 as this is where the Mum and Dad's panicked, remember "Nature abhors a vacuum". i.e it will fill the gap.
Incidentally, Colonial/ CBA bought truck loads yesterday around $1.30. 'Nuf said!
