Remember less dilution for shareholders if Oppies get exercised, otherwise CR at sub 5c levels! So many incentives to get the SP to 6-8c levels. Management & BOD are all substantial holders & hold ALOT of options.MC is irrelevant, EV is key. EV stays the same if oppies get ex'd
