Perfect.. so one last question, then is it not better to just get the shares cheaper now @0.045 now instead of potentially getting them for 0.064 later ? That's an increase of roughly 42% that we're paying with going the options route?
Meaning, for 100k shares, either pay $4500 now or have the option of paying $6400 later ?
