I read and re-read the Exergen flyer and see the conundrum in the semantics of its wording in light of the omission of site location specifics, minimum ALDP reference, but with a proposed ideal window of Exergen public offer listing in the final quarter of the year marked as BM BFS.
The flyer's disclaimer goes some way towards massaging the statements and graphics, that some are demanding to be inculcated as absolute fact imo.
