evidence that formal compensation agreements between MNM and BM landowners are now being filed with the DPI.

a signed compensation agreement means that landowners at BM have started signing deals with MNM allowing us access to their brown coal for drilling on their land.

MNM have previously told the local Council that discussions with a dozen key landowners around the preferred aerodrome and wastewater site were underway, and agreements had been reached - the Council memo of the status of the BM project posted here a while ago outlined who they were talking to.

if they will sign a compensation agreement for test drilling then presumably they will also agree to mining on their property if terms can be agreed.
