78.5 million tonnes is more than enough to build and operate the 50 tph CHTD demonstration coal drying facility plant that is the first infrastructure step in the proposed mnm/exergen JV.

after the final CHTD suitablity tests are known on the coal from this site the JV will be ready to proceed to that level.
