    I think you are spot on DC. I reckon this project was in the back of their mind when penning those words.

    The stars seem to be aligning with hopefully the market reacting positively to this announcement and then we get the Togo announcement. (and then the sp goes "BANG")

    (and then you see a very happy fatguts)
