Company estimated the following dates.

Monty:
- Definitive Feasibility Study underway (i.e. JORC etc, awaiting announcement of completion)
- Completion of drilling program - end Dec 2012 (mostly complete, JORC currently being update and additional drilling to further complement the JORC to be release in 2013)
- Completion of feasibility work and decision to mine - end May 2012
- Plant and Infrastructure - Dec 2013
- Mining - begin 2014

Bogdan:
- Completion of Phase 1 drilling - Aug 2012 (done)
- Completion of Phase 2 drilling - Jun 2013
- Development of JORC - Mar 2014

Togo:
- Tender process to be completed in next 3-6 months (i.e December 2012) (awaiting announcement, if news is anything to go by, expecting completion soon)



All in all, the timelines mentioned six months ago have been for the most part, met or exceeded with only one or two pieces of the puzzle sliding due to weather or what not.
