One’s lack of understanding doesn’t necessarily mean others are talking BS. After originally going into a voluntary suspension, WKT then had sanctions on forward looking statements imposed and further schooling was had. As recently as WKT’s September Quarterly it can be seen any works from rapid construction completed in October weren’t allowed and as a result a project update ensued. Mike tweets since Dec 1st are now using wording such as expansion when prior to this date there was never and forward looking talk.
