Hothouse if you track right through ASI you will find there is no shortage of substantail backing. In addition, despite the Hillam problems, you can safely bet ASI and Nick are not sitting twiddling their thumbs. I'm not sure of the exact situation but you'd naturally expect ASI to just be a vehicle for the investment in BMG. Probably the worst thing that could happen would be if Hillam managed to raise the funds to buy out ASI. That could put us in a sort of Limbo for a long time. However given the evidence in the various court cases that Hillam has been involved in of late, Hillam and BMG vs ASI, and Hillam vs Leduva (and any others I don't know about, I doubt anyone else will e rushing in to lend Hillam any of their hard-earned money.
