-shares on issue: 287.6 + 18 + 53.8 = 359.3mil
-Options on issue: 113.4 + 9 + 26.9 + 10 = 159.3mil
So NWM's market cap will be $11.13mil (before dilution) and $15.6mil (fully diluted). While you used old data to purposely make NWM's market cap to be $7mil
