bmj says tammiflu does not work ...

This has been bubbling along for years and now all over the news - could be getting nasty for Roche:

""But on Monday, a researcher with the British medical journal called on European governments to sue over the Tamiflu product. Peter Gotzsche, leader of the Nordic Cochrane Center in Copenhagen, stated:

“I suggest we boycott Roche’s products until they publish missing Tamiflu data.”

Gotzsche added that governments should take legal action against the pharmaceutical company to get back their money, which was “needlessly” spent on stockpiling Tamiflu.

Also states that Tammiflu no more effective is stopping flu than a course of Panadol.

And Roche claims key trial data has gone missing.

Notwithstanding any of this, what is GSK (and BOTA for that matter) doing to replace the stockpiles with Relenza??
