Antivirals(Tamiflu, Relenza & Inavir) need to be taken within the 48 hours of infection.

Tamiflu has many many problems compared to Relenza. In the Northern Winter flu season before the swine flu out break, tamiflu was near useless due to the virus gaining Tamiflu-resistance.
In Japan, there were many psychotic cases, hallucination, ecetera of young patients after taking Tamiflu.

Biota has a very strong law suit case against GSK which resulted in GSK offering to settle for $130 million. Unfortunately for shareholders, the board with Peter Cook as the CEO turned down the offer. A year later and after burning $30 million in legal costs Peter Cook settled for $20m and collected 0.5 million of free options for "normalising relationship with GSK" which we all know is a BIG LIE. Peter Cook is the CEO who took shareholders on this journey to BOTA. Like the GSK lie, he is still on the Board of Director gravy train - being rewarded for the BOTA fiasco.

Peter Cook cannot even plan to have Inavir coming to market in America and Rest of the World before Relenza patents expire. Thanks to Peter Cook, GSK is totally ignoring Biota and zilch marketing. During the swine flu outbreaks, Peter Cook was praising GSK for their "one-stop-shop marketing" using Relenza to sell GSK Swine Flu vaccine. Did Peter Cook or any of the Board Directors take responsibilities? They kept rewarding themselves with free options and they are all still on the Directors Gravy Train.

With an incompetent Board, what hope is there?
