The second comes directly from the goldnerds spreadsheet. All calculations use only reported MRE for KCN. David Evans is the contact there and is always happy to review his information. He is on HotCopper as well so he might see this.

Remember also that KCN already has a >$200Million Market cap so value is being placed on the entirety, whereas per ounce calculations can only use reported MRE's. In a Bull Market regular updates of MRE's are vital so that markets can properly price resources in the ground.
I use the same numbers for KCN as goldnerds.com.au but converted to Ag Eq rather than Au Eq.
BTW - they are all undervalued. A rising tide will lift all boats.
