    oh easily - svl, ivr, ard, etc etc and yes rdm are yonks behind bml in the development timeframe

    but the market doesnt generally seem to factor time - until you are actually producing - then it flips from a resource valuation to a production multiple

    hence ivr is ~2x bml mkt cap but probably 2 years behind bml in actual time to market
