    So balanced. Such a solid Foundation. Pb (Lead) pays all the mining costs and Ag (Silver) is mined for free.

    Spot prices above the long term historical averages as per the PFS and the commodity super cycle and multiple decade long precious metal bull run is just getting started, IMHO.

    Looking forward to the DFS. Anyone think it might come next week? If not, when?
