Yes BML is underperforming its peers and with the banking crisis taking centre stage in last nights Fed statement you would have to have some doubts as to whether BML will actually be successful in attracting bank finance. BML may have to change tact and take whatever finance they can get with their offtake agreement.

The seller at 26.5c is either a legit seller or a capper trying to buy shares at a lower price. Plenty of sellers happy to jump in front of the 26.5c seller.
Technically, BML needs to close above the prior 29c high to signal a move higher. The lack of buyers willing to take out the 26.5c seller is a worry when you look at SVL and IVR's performances with silver making new 52 week highs.
