As a shareholder, and therefore owner of the company, have you raised your concerns directly with the company.

If not my suggestion is do so.

I have historically spoken to Simon Noon and he appears willing to make himself available to speak to shareholders, and I'm not sure we can expect that he is reading Hot Copper for feedback.

To be fair it probably doesn't make good reading on average for him if he does.

As it stands the progress has been very disappointing in terms of ongoing pushing out of timeframes

If that trend continues beyond now I shall be expressing concerns directly to the company, and in conjunction voting accordingly re any resolutions at the next AGM as to how I may view performance.

I am hopeful, but yet to be convinced, that will not be necessary.
