or buy 5% of the company, call a 249d, try to get the board voted out
but the buying would drive up the share price, and Scotland already came back from the future to tell us it’ll be 12c, and based on the recent votes the vast majority of shareholders aren’t as unhappy as you’d need them to be for it not to be just a colossal waste of company time, which would be counter productive for you as a shareholder
