If Simon Moon pushes back the goalposts (again) in the next quarterly (or even worse - refuses to give any guidance at all), it won't take much of a selloff to reach 12 or 13c. And I think everyone agrees that this is probably what he's planning.

At this point, there's a VERY realistic chance the big capex raise will occur in the single digits. I assume this risk is why no institition (and obviously not Simon Moon or the other Directors) has invested their own money into this thing.
