The jockey is fine, he built the project up to what it is today (and plenty agree the project is good) but a global pandemic has disrupted plans and he has been too optimistic with his guidance and despite his best efforts the financing is currently in stasis so impatient investors who are sitting on paper losses are throwing toys left right and center and the wheels on the bus go round and round and we await better times.
