Your last statement is correct. Lead isn't sexy - ironically the price of lead js doing better than most other commodities. Punters only look at the silver which js only 1/3 of the project.
It will be a race to the line whether they have enough to get over the line before FID if any major funding news doesn't drop.
I suppose NAÏF could change that but really who knows given their last investment went belly up. No one really knows where that sits. It could drop anytime really.
