I would rather be invested in a stock that looks unexciting on a chart, but whose management deliver on all promises and with fundamentals continuously improving with every announcement, than in a company that has nothing, does not provide progress updates when they are due, does not deliver on promises but whose SP chart happens to look great. I appreciate charting, but to a degree. I will buy a stock the potential of which is not reflected in the chart, but not the stock with a great looking chart and absolutely nothing to support the good looks of it.
