not sure instos are the most relevant measure re sp.
2 instos in the eqe raise at 1.1c - stock still fell to 0.9c - though with reason due mine purchase dilution
i dont see tmz or ard showing insto buying.
many instos couldnt buy bml simply due to its small market cap and low liquidity
liquidity is a major factor for professional funds buying on market - they measure if there's enough volume so they can get in and out of position without major performance impacts
slightly different set of parameters to placements - depending on the fund
